Mr. Gulu Mirchandani, Chairman and Director

Mr. Gulu Mirchandani is the major stakeholder of Fractal Analytics. He is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Mirc Electronics Limited, India's largest Electronics company with annual revenues exceeding $200 million. He is responsible for formulating, incubating and delivering emerging technologies and services at national and international levels. He has recently received "Award for Excellence in Electronics" from the Ministry of IT, Government of India. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Blowplast, Shoppers Stop and Advani Oerlikin.

Mr. Mirchandani graduated in Engineering with a B.S. Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS). Mr Mirchandani is President of the "Consumer Electronics & TV Manufacturers Association and Hospitality Chairman of the World President Organization (WPO).

Srikanth Velamakanni, Board Member and CEO

Srikanth Velamakanni co-founded Fractal in February 2000 and as the Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for growing Fractal’s global presence in the areas of Analytics and Predictive sciences. He has consulted with firms such as P&G, Citibank, HDFC Bank and SAP in the areas of predictive analytics, risk management & marketing effectiveness.

Prior to Fractal, Srikanth worked with ANZ Investment Bank and ICICI in areas of structured debt transactions and collateralized bond obligation. Srikanth holds an MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad and a bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering from the IIT, Delhi

Anand Jhaveri, Board Member

Mr. Anand Jhaveri sits on the board of Fractal Analytics. He is the chairman and CEO and founder of Rave Technologies and is responsible for its growth as a respectable global software solutions company. Prior to Rave, Anand has worked with a AMD in Silicon Valley designing controller chips using state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies. After AMD, he joined a start-up company Clarity Systems Inc. and developed CAD tools for VLSI semiconductor devices.

Anand holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, New York, graduating with distinction. He relaxes with a round of golf or a game of tennis and spends the rest of his leisure time with his family.

Pranay Agrawal, Board Member and EVP, Business Development & Client Servicing

Pranay heads business development and client servicing, and is part of the founding team of Fractal. He is based out of the New Jersey office of Fractal Analytics. In his earlier role, Pranay has worked in the capacity of engagement manager and led several engagements in the areas of CRM analytics, risk analytics, marketing ROI and consumer insights with multiple Fortune 500 clients.

Prior to Fractal, Pranay worked in fixed income analytics at ICICI Bank and was also part of the core team instrumental in getting ICICI listed on NYSE. Pranay holds an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager from GARP.

Nirmal Palaparthi, Board Member and Chief Architect

Nirmal Palaparthi co-founded Fractal in February 2000 and heads Fractal's Intellectual Property Development that involves building analytics products, improving processes and fundamental research. He has been instrumental in spreading Fractal's services with leading banks in Asia Pacific region and also spearheading delivery of large projects.

Prior to Fractal, Nirmal handled product management at Times Multimedia and led the sales function at Smith Kline Beecham Consumer Healthcare. Nirmal is an MBA from the IIM Ahmedabad and a B. Tech. in Computer Science from the IIT, Madras.

Sasha Mirchandani, Board Member

Mr. Sasha Mirchandani sits on the board of Fractal Analytics. He is also the venture partner for BlueRun Ventures. Prior to joining BlueRun Ventures, Sasha was head of corporate affairs and new business at Mirc Electronics. Prior to that, he co-founded Imercius Technologies and Cocoon Ventures. Apart from Fractal Analytics, Sasha also sits on the board of Algorythm, Gulita Securities, Madhouse Media, Shivaji Securities and AsliSale.

Sasha completed his Business Administration from University in Virginia and MMDP program at IIM, Ahmedabad. He is past president of the Bombay Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs organization. He is also Chairman of Maharashtra Committee - Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), and Charter Member - TiE Mumbai.
