If your background and skills match the position's profile, a recruiter will contact you to arrange a telephonic interview.

When reviewing resumes, we are very careful to evaluate your fitness for the position as well as how well you fit Fractal's culture and values. Because we seek a really good fit for you and for Fractal, we may ask you participate in four or more rounds of interviews before we make an offer for the position. Depending on the position you have applied for, the interview process may include a written test, telephonic interviews and at least one face-to-face interview. If we determine there is a good fit, you will receive an offer letter from Fractal. We request that you be patient during the process and the recruiter will stay in touch and keep you posted as you progress through the process.
