Past experience: Prior to joining Fractal, Rasesh was the Offshore Unit Head for a large account, managing over 600 people at Mastek, and a Group Software Manager at Tata Infotech Ltd. (now part of Tata Consultancy Services). 

Education: Rasesh received his MBA from NMIMS and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University

Passion for analytics: Building the organization to scale with quality and managing big data to enable real time analytics.
