Champion of the month

One Fractalite is honored each month for exceptional demonstration of company values.

Recognition Board and Value Cards

Any Fractalite can thank or recognize any other Fractalite by writing a note on the physical or virtual recognition board, where those thanked are granted movie tickets, other token of appreciation, or a card depicting one core values with an explanation of the observed behavior that exemplifies that specific value.

FractElite

FractElite is an annual program that recognizes and rewards superior performance by providing a company-wide platform to showcase role models and drive aspirations toward success. This program nurtures an elite group of peer-nominated individuals who consistently demonstrate high performance.

Two levels of FractElites are awarded- FractElite and Distinguished Member of FractElite. Being recognized as a FractElite offers the broadest recognition and visibility to the organization.

  • FractElite benefits

    FractElite is the highest honour awarded to employees and is promoted at Town Hall with a trophy, added to the FractElite wall of fame, published to company-wide in email and desk-top materials. All the FractElites are assigned senior-level coaches and go through a 360 degree feedback process to provide intensive opportunities for further growth.

  • FractElite Responsibilities

    Each FractElite is assigned to manage a specific organizational goals or firm-building initiative. They participate in strategic platforms such as annual strategy planning meetings and regular leadership meetings. FractElite projects are featured during quarterly Town halls with presentations loaded on our Intranet for the broadest exposure. FractElites meet quarterly with the CEO to review progress on their assigned projects.
