Srikanth Velamakanni, Chief Executive Officer

Srikanth Velamakanni co-founded Fractal in February 2000 and the company's Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for growing Fractal's global presence in the areas of Analytics and Predictive sciences. He has consulted with major market leaders such as Visa, P&G, Citibank, HDFC Bank and SAP in the areas of predictive analytics, risk management & marketing effectiveness. Prior to Fractal, Srikanth worked with ANZ Investment Bank and ICICI in areas of structured debt transactions and collateralized bond obligation. Srikanth holds an MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad and a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the IIT, Delhi.

Pranay Agrawal, Executive Vice President - Global Client Development

Pranay co-founded Fractal in February 2000 and heads the client servicing functions. In an earlier role, Pranay was directly responsible for client engagement and led several engagements in the areas of CRM analytics, risk analytics, marketing ROI and consumer insights with multiple Fortune 500 clients. Prior to Fractal, Pranay worked in fixed income analytics at ICICI Bank and was also part of the core team instrumental in getting ICICI listed on NYSE. Pranay holds an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager from GARP.

Nirmal Palaparthi, Chief Architect

Nirmal Palaparthi co-founded Fractal in February 2000 and heads Fractal's Asia business. He has been instrumental in building analytics products,process improvements and fundamental research. He has been instrumental in spreading Fractal's services with leading banks in Asia Pacific and spearheading the delivery of large engagements. Prior to Fractal, Nirmal handled product management at Times Multimedia and led the sales function at Smith Kline Beecham Consumer Healthcare. Nirmal received an MBA from the IIM Ahmedabad and holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the IIT, Madras.

Natwar Mall, Vice President - CPG & Retail

Natwar leads the CPG and Retail practices at Fractal and is responsible for delivering engagements and developing solutions for these practices. Natwar has advised several Fortune 100 clients in CPG, Retail and Insurance industries. Prior to Fractal, Natwar worked with Infosys Consulting (Europe). He has also worked with Unilever and Kotak Securities. Natwar earned an MBA from IIM Calcutta and has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay.

Rasesh Shah, Vice President - Financial Services

Rasesh leads the Financial Services Practice at Fractal and is responsible for delivering engagements and developing solutions for Financial Services clients. Rasesh is also heading the Processes & Quality team at Fractal. Prior to Fractal, Rasesh worked with Mastek. He has also worked with Tata Infotech Ltd (now part of TCS). Rasesh received an MBA from NMIMS and has a degree in Electronics Engineering from RAIT, Bombay.

Sundaresan R, Chief Financial officer

Sundaresan has more than 30 years experience in Corporate Finance Debt Restructuring, Project Finance, Audit & Secretarial Compliance and Taxation. He has diverse experience working with a large bank, a leading insurance company, and public & private companies in steel manufacturing and supply chain management. A qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Company Secretary (ACS),  he has served as CFO of National Bulk Handling Corporation Ltd. and CFO of Mahindra Ugine Steel Co. Ltd. (a Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Group Company). He also held a variety of senior positions, including Sr. VP, with ICICI Bank Ltd. and has worked in all spheres in ICICI's business group including merchant banking, project & corporate finance, retail banking, securitization, factoring,  leasing, etc. Before joining ICICI, he worked with Oriental Insurance Co. where he managed equity portfolio, investment accounts and stock market operations.

Meenakshi Iyengar, Director & Head – Human Resources

Meenakshi Iyengar, leads the HR team at Fractal and passionately pursues the vision of Fractal becoming a great place to work. She joined Fractal in July 2010. Prior to Fractal, she worked with GECIS, Hutchison 3 Global Service and a freelance HR consultant, specializing in the area of work place diversity and inclusiveness. In her last role at Hutchison 3 Global Service, she led HR for UK operations of 2,500 people. As a freelance HR consultant, she consulted with some of the leading IT and FMCG companies. She completed her PGCHRM from XLRI and graduated from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University with specialization in History.

Careen Foster, Vice President - Marketing

Careen has rich experience of nearly 30 years spanning two major financial service providers - FICO (18 years) and Experian (12 years). She is responsible for strengthening Fractal's brand presence globally as a thought leader in the analytics space. Before joining Fractal, Careen was the head of the Scores Product Management team at FICO. At FICO, Careen was involved in managing product lifecycle and marketing for FICO's analytic partnership solutions worldwide including FICO's credit bureau-based scores measuring consumer credit risk, credit capacity, economic impact, bankruptcy, credit risk for under-served markets, and trending analysis reporting services.  Careen earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology and MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
