Anand Jhaveri, Executive Board Member

Anand Jhaveri is the chairman and CEO and founder of Rave Technologies and is responsible for the growth of this global software solutions company. Earlier, Anand was with start-up Clarity Systems Inc., where he developed CAD tools for VLSI semiconductor devices, and prior at AMD in Silicon Valley designing controller chips using state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies. Anand holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, New York, graduating with distinction.

Devesh Garg, Executive Board Member

Devesh Garg has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and serves on the Board of Directors of NetAmbit and Sunil Hitech. Prior to joining Fractal's board, Devesh was Managing Director at Bessemer Venture Partners in India office. Before joining Bessemer, Devesh was General Manager of the Security Business Unit at Broadcom, where he was part of the pre-IPO team and established the offices in Northern California. Earlier, Devesh led the sales team at Synopsys, and served in engineering and managerial positions at LSI Logic, National Semiconductor, Bechtel, and Raychem. He holds a B.S.E.E. from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He is a charter member of TiE.

Gulu L. Mirchandani, Chairman and Director

Gulu Mirchandani is closely involved with the development of corporate strategy and formulating, incubating and delivering emerging technologies and services. Under his leadership as Managing Director of Mirc Electronics Limited, Mirc won the 1999 award for excellence in Electronics with the Ministry of Information Technology, the Government of India. He was appointed the President of Consumer Electronics and TV Manufacturers Association (CETMA) for two consecutive years in 1992 and 1994. He also served as the Chairman of the Bombay chapter of the World Presidents' Organisation (WPO), an International Organization of more than 3,000 CEOs with operations in more than 60 Countries. Presently he is the Regional Chairman, South Asia and also a member on the International Board of WPO. Mr. Mirchandani serves on the Board of many companies, including Shopper's Stop Limited, VIP Industries Limited and KEC International Limited, etc. He is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani and holds a degree in BE (Mechanical).

Nirmal Palaparthi, Executive Board Member and Chief Architect

Nirmal Palaparthi co-founded Fractal in February 2000 and heads Fractal's Asia business. He has been instrumental in building analytics products,process improvements and fundamental research. He has been instrumental in spreading Fractal's services with leading banks in Asia Pacific and spearheading the delivery of large engagements. Prior to Fractal, Nirmal handled product management at Times Multimedia and led the sales function at Smith Kline Beecham Consumer Healthcare. Nirmal received an MBA from the IIM Ahmedabad and holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the IIT, Madras.

Pranay Agrawal, Executive Board Member and Executive Vice President - Global Client Development

Pranay co-founded Fractal in February 2000 and heads the client servicing functions. In an earlier role, Pranay was directly responsible for client engagement and led several engagements in the areas of CRM analytics, risk analytics, marketing ROI and consumer insights with multiple Fortune 500 clients. Prior to Fractal, Pranay worked in fixed income analytics at ICICI Bank and was also part of the core team instrumental in getting ICICI listed on NYSE. Pranay holds an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is also a certified Financial Risk Manager from GARP.

Sasha Mirchandani, Executive Board Member

Sasha Mirchandani is Managing Partner of Kae Capital and Co-founder Mumbai Angels. He was previously with Blue Run Ventures as Managing Director for the India operations. Earlier, he was at Mirc Electronics (Onida) where he was Head of Corporate Affairs and new business. Prior to that he was CEO and Founder of Imercius Technologies, a BPO focused on the healthcare space. Sasha sits on the Board of Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited, Fractal Analytics, Algorhythm Tech, Akasaka Electronics Limited, Mojo Entertainment Private Limited and Mumbai Angels Venture Mentors. He is a Charter Member at TiE Mumbai and also a past President of EO Mumbai. Sasha holds a BBA from Strayer University and MMDP from IIM-A.

Srikanth Velamakanni, Executive Board Member and Chief Executive Officer

Srikanth Velamakanni co-founded Fractal in February 2000 and the company's Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for growing Fractal's global presence in the areas of Analytics and Predictive sciences. He has consulted with major market leaders such as Visa, P&G, Citibank, HDFC Bank and SAP in the areas of predictive analytics, risk management & marketing effectiveness. Prior to Fractal, Srikanth worked with ANZ Investment Bank and ICICI in areas of structured debt transactions and collateralized bond obligation. Srikanth holds an MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad and a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the IIT, Delhi.
